If you have set up an account on our website but forgotten your password, please follow this procedure:
1. Click the 'login' icon at the top of the page (underlined in red in the image above) or visit https://www.enzymedica.co.uk/account/login directly.
2. Click the 'Forgot your password' link that appears above the 'Sign in' button to load the 'Reset Password' popup page.
3. On the Reset Password page, enter your email address and click submit.
If you get a message saying 'No account found with that email' then you have not created an account with our site (possibly because by default we allow 'guest checkout' on orders as many people prefer not to register for an account.
