No. We currently do use Paypal to take payments for all of our non-subscription orders. However this does not mean that you need to use a Paypal account to pay, you can still use a regular debit or credit card payment instead.
As you go through the order process you should arrive at the page below:
If you want to use a Paypal account to pay then click 'next' but if not, click 'Pay by Debit or Credit Card' and you will be taken to the next step (shown below) where you can input your card details and complete your order.
On this page you are given the option to create a Paypal account but you can simply click 'No, thanks.' as shown before selecting 'Pay Now':
